What is Our Return & Exchange Policy?

At Vella Luxe, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery
  • The request is made after 7 days
  • The item is returned without original packaging
How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request:

  1. Visit our Return & Exchange Request page
  2. Enter your:
    • Order number
    • Email or phone number
  3. Submit your request with reason and images (if required)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Pickup & Reverse Shipping
  • We attempt pickup 2–3 times from your address
  • If pickup is unsuccessful, you may need to self-ship the product

A ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

 This charge goes to courier partners and is not retained by us.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • No reverse shipping fee will be charged
  • Please upload clear images or unboxing video during request
Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If unavailable, store credit or refund will be provided
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • Refund is initiated within 24–48 hours after approval
  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
COD Orders:
  • Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
Important Notes
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Maximum 2 return/exchange requests per order
  • Sale items may not be eligible for return (only exchange, if applicable)

What is Our Refund Policy?

  • Refunds are initiated after successful return pickup or once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection
  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer (valid details must be shared via email)
  • Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after verification
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • A nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted where applicable
  • To receive a full refund, any freebie (such as a charm) must also be returned
    • If the freebie is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Customers must include all items and share clear images while initiating the return request
  • If your refund is not received within 10 days, you can contact our support team for assistance with the RRN (transaction reference number)
